George is specialized in Sustainable Environmental Planning and Life cycle Cost based designs that account for Opex and environmental costs besides Capex. Projects done by George had won various awards & recognitions for Master Planning and Environmental Planning.
Ar. Deepa Mathai Principal Architect of Arkind Architects, leads the practice with her 20 years of experience. A Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture India, Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects and Architect Member of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, she is also one of the few RIBA Chartered Architects in India. Working on projects across countries of diverse scale, ranging from 92 storied towers to spread out developments with varying character, functional brief, climatic and geographic conditions, socio-economic strata, culture and history, construction technology, urban fabric, laws, development control and regulations has given her the privilege of viewing the profession in a wider spectrum. Specializing in design processes in her Masters Degree thesis, she has applied the same at Arkind Architects design studio - leading to a TQM, Customer Focus and Life Cycle Design based approach.
Arkind’s designs are guided by pursuit of total quality, innovation & comprehensiveness evolved from our years of Research, Global Design and Project Management Experience.
